Carly Fiorina "Demon Sheep" FCINO Video
Wednesday, February 3, 2010 at 11:21PM Carly Fiorina, Republican Senatorial Candidate from California, has released what may be the most ridiculous campaign video ever on her website www.fcino.com. I don't really have the words to critique this one. See for yourself.
The hashtag #demonsheep has now become a trending topic on Twitter. I couldn't help but contribute myself.
I saw a #demonsheep drinking a pina colada at Trader Vic's. His wool was perfect.

That must be the most bizarre political ad I've ever seen. But she touches on a valid point: how many fiscal conservative politicians are there in Washington? Given the recent vote on the deficit reduction panel, I discount nearly all Republicans.
There are too few fiscal conservatives in Washington, I agree. The deficit reduction panel was a sham though and hardly an indicator of those who truly want to reduce the deficit. The gentleman organizing it has spent more than any other President in history and that's saying a lot considering how much the Bush Administration spent. If you discount nearly all Republicans you can discount absolutely all of the Democrats as well.
FWIW, I count Paul Ryan (R-WI 1st) as one. At least, he's the only one I'm aware of to offer any plan, reasonable or otherwise, to get America back on financial track.
You're conflating the Gregg/Conrad amendment, which I was talking about, with the Executive Commission. You also conveniently "forget" that Bush and the 110th Congress (Democrat) set the 2009 budget and created TARP, and that Bush was pushing strongly for the auto bailout that Obama eventually finalized and signed (but is still very small compared to TARP). The only major spending directly attributable to Obama is the 2009 stimulus.
"Absolutely all of the Democrats?" All generalizations are false....
I, for one, welcome my new Chinese overlords.
